May 13 to Hmong / tribal focus

We went out to the Textile Museum and then a Princess Museum and then to botanical gardens in the mountains before going up to a Hmong village, where we ran into an old lady doing cross stitch.  Leslie questioned her about her work and she showed us some of her works-in-progress, and after some bargaining bought two sections of a Hmong dress.  Picture attached.
